  FANTASTIC STAFF! I’m from Kamloops, I had a nail broken my tire on Thanksgiving night, I had nowhere to fix it, I was ready to stay overnight before I went here. The staff Iva heard that and helped me without hesitation. I can’t remember the names of the other staff and the manager who helped me as well. They even did not charge me anything for the service! And I learnt from them about how to deal with the tire problem.. Now I’ve arrived home safely. You guys are awesome! I can’t go home without your help! Happy Thanksgiving!

  Service could be better... On a Sunday night, there was nobody to help me, and when someone finally came, they were so upset that I pushed the help button, they were not willing to help me. I needed a platform dolly and she told me there weren't any... Just regular dollies. I found the platform dollies nearby.... Probably wasn't her department. I'm torn, because I love shopping at Canadian Tire, the selection and sales are decent. I suppose a neutral review is good compromise.
