  Our company switched over from Great West life over to Green Shield a few months ago...Worst mistake Ever for coverage. We have over 400 employees and now have nothing but horrible stories.....many drugs not covered and bad customer service just telling us Sorry these not part of your plan with no explanation on why the change.....All of our 400 employees were promised all coverage will remain the same as Great West Life .......sorry many of us are so frustrated and holding on to our receipt until these problems are resolved..!
